The busy holiday resort of Ayia Napa is a short drive away where you can find some of the best restaurants while the small traditional fishing inlet of Potamos is within walking distance, a very rare sight these days and a must if you love local fresh fish. There is also a local well stocked Bar and Supermarket in the Village for all your supplies. They will serve food all day from Breakfast through Lunch and evening meal.

There is a local beach and two fish restaurants at the nearby fishing inlet of Potamos, there is also a local Mini Market and supermarket in the Village. The Award Winning Waterworld is situated on the main road between Ayia Thekla & Ayia Napa, approximately a 3 minute drive. All the attractions of Ayia Napa are within a 5 minute drive/taxi ride.

A 20% Deposit is required in order we may secure your dates required.
The refundable damage deposit of £500 (£500 for 4/5 Bedroom Villas) is to cover those events laid out in these Terms and Conditions.
This amount will be payable on arrival and will be returned to you provided the Villa and it’s contents have not been damaged in any way.
It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the Agent if they notice any damage to the Villa on arrival.
